Target has changed its way of fun in finding the floor. Team members are given areas on the floor they are “business owners.” This gave me ownership over an area and motivation to be more dedicated to my job.

Make sure you have the heart for it, It is an awesome job but takes a lot of your mental strength. Of course it is nothing like a job you can have with a degree in something you are interested in but it sure is a start.

Sometimes the scheduling would be a little weird because it was paper schedules, so I think it should of been all electronically done.

When it comes to work retail, you got to have patience, and you got to have people skills for sure. You talk to a LOT of people.
