What I liked
Love working with the same families for so many years! Watched the children grow and formed bonds with these families.
What I wish was different
The employer is awful. CEO Pamela Jones is extremely disrespectful. She treated me as an easily replaceable employee to the point I had to quit.
Advice
Children are great; don’t be scared to be their role model. Be the one who provides stability and fun. Those go hand and hand not one or the other.

I loved the work environment and working with the kids! The field trips were nice too!
