What I liked
The atmosphere. Woodcrest is a Christian organization, and it shows through who they hire. You will make life-long friends!
What I wish was different
The hours. Spending 13 hrs a day roughly with children can burn someone out really quickly.
Advice
That you get out of it as much as you put in! And above all else, just give love to the children.
