The people were so great. I enjoyed my team, and the work was very meaningful. I worked with the TSE's daily on real problems. I learned a lot of valuable information. Overall, a great experience!
What I wish was different
Nothing, I truly enjoyed my time there.
Advice
It's okay to not know everything! Nobody does! Work hard and learn as you go. You'll do just fine.

Procurement Intern
May - August 2021 • Delaware, OH
What I liked
I liked the flexibility and the opportunity to make connections in the business world.
What I wish was different
I wish that the internship would have been in person, working exclusively from home was very isolating and I don't feel that I excelled like I could have in person.
Advice
I would advise people to keep an open mind and to never be afraid to ask questions. Also be realistic with the fact that intern work is mostly busy work, and that you might not find it incredibly fulfilling.

Project Analyst
May - July 2018 • Columbus, OH
What I liked
Vertiv had great opportunities for professional growth and offered a really nice compensation package. The company is fairly new so the work was very hands on.
What I wish was different
I worked in a typical office setting so it could get boring sometimes.
Advice
I gained a lot of knowledge working for this company so don't apply unless you are willing to put in the effort to learn new things. Take advantage of all of the experienced workers and ask as many questions about the industry as you can.
