What I liked

It's not an MLM or pyramid scheme technically (that's how they can get away with operating), however it's essentially a pyramid scheme, so make sure you AVOID THEM. The first "phone interview" was a quick two questions, then immediately schedule an "interview" same-day. Turns out this "interview" is a 30-minute group presentation on how much money you can make, the structure of the company, moving up in the company, a big emphasis on the work vacations, etc. Definitely avoid working here! BIG SCAM energy.

What I liked about this interview is that the questions were valued on what I believe is important in the work environment. The interviewer was very professional and very personal and it was a very enjoyable experience.

What I liked

Great interview process. Everyone I interacted with at Vena was passionate about their position and the company which was exactly what I was hoping for while I was looking for a new opportunity. The culture is unmatched, filled with opportunity, high work ethic, and a great work life balance. Great place to start your career!

I would’ve loved to get started with Vena even earlier in my career!

Advice

Embrace the interview process fully. It is the primary way in which Vena can introduce their company culture and mission to new hires. They are passionate about what they do, especially Sasha whom in interviewed with. She showed me the benefits of working for Vena and how amazing the atmosphere and work life balance is at Vena! Strongly recommend interviewing with her and having her walk you through the great things Vena brings to the table.
