They have a great internal learning program that you can go your pace with. The people are also very nice and very willing to help interns with their questions.

What I wish was different

I wish there was more opportunities to network with fellow interns an full time employees.

Advice

Don't be afraid to ask questions. The people at TTEC will never get angry if you ask a question about something you don't understand. They are also very open to people pursuing projects across disciplines. If there is something that interests you, ask about it. The chance are they will find a way for you to be involved.

It was a full-time job only, I only wish they could have a part-time position too.

Advice

Calls, Calls, and Calls. During 8 hour shifts, I handled about 80 calls and sometimes more than 100. Get ready for that.

What I liked

it was fun, talking to clients and assisting them in setting up their accounts and answering any related questions they had about the program, getting back to them to see if they had everything and to also let them the process and what their status was.

What I wish was different

there is a minimal sale you have to make monthly but it is recommended to get the commission, i just wish it wasnt forced on.

Advice

just relax, you are in control. Don't let the clients freak you out with their questions you know more than they do about the program so you are the smart one not them
