The atmosphere is great starting from the first day until the last day. Everyone is eager to help you with questions you may have and there is never any hesitation if you ask for advice or help. This internship taught me a lot about being a financial advisor as well as things I can use in my daily life.
What I wish was different
It was difficult adapting to being remote as well as being a financial advisor solely because of the lack of interaction you can have with clients as well as fellow colleagues. You can always chat via Zoom or Google Meets, but it doesn't hold the same feeling as meeting face to face with someone in person.
Advice
Be prepared to step outside of your comfort zone. Getting clients may be easy to some and difficult to others. Do not be afraid to ask for help and do not get let down if you have trouble finding clients.
