What I liked
I loved how open and accepting this company was to younger students. They were aware that I didn't know everything and that was ok because they took the time to explain it. I also go to participate in a large variety of projects which was extremely beneficial to my education now that I'm back on campus.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more knowledge of the field before starting this internship. Also, I wish I reached out to HR and other people before the start date so about living arrangements and the area. This would have made moving a lot easier!
Advice
Be as available and never say no to an opportunity to observe something. Some of my most impactful projects came from me being around when my managers were. They would often come an ask if I wanted to shadow them or help in anyways and I got to meet a lot more people and work on different things this way. Never say no to a project.

A great environment for a student to learn the basics of a manufacturing business environment. The company provides you an email address, phone extension, desk, and many opportunities for growth through the Lunch and Learn program.
