What I liked
As a full-time student who will be living on campus this upcoming semester, one of the greatest parts of working with AIL is being able to work from home while still maintaining a close connection with my coworkers despite being completely virtual. Working from home allows me to work around my own schedule while I have classes, exams, and any extracurriculars.
My training process began during my second semester of my junior year, and while it wasn't too easy to balance both at once when I first began, the flexible schedule allowed me to work on my own time. During my month-long training, I was able to work closely with a manager; this is where I was able to pick up the majority of my knowledge about our Life Insurance products. My training manager helped me to strongly develop my skills calling clients and presenting to them.
When I completed my training, I was afraid I wasn't going to have the same help that I had before, but I was completely wrong. I quickly learned that not only did I have the support of my manager, but literally everybody else on the team. Everyone was, and still is, there to give me all the support and feedback that I need.
