I was able to own projects that impacted the business. My manager had complete trust in me to make the tough decisions. I also liked that my team valued my mental and physical health during the virtual internship.

This position and company favors extroverts. At the end, you give a presentation on your summer project and your return offer is heavily based on that presentation.

The work culture was amazing and so inclusive. Interns were treated very well and there were many activities throughout the summer to keep interns involved such as intramural leagues

I wish I had known that there are 2 separate campuses. The main World Headquarters campus and the North America campus.
Advice
Show initiative and immerse yourself in the Nike culture. You will gain so many insights and knowledge throughout the internship and network with amazing people. Be able to handle constructive criticism well, after all, you can't grow as an employee without working to improve your weaknesses. Be a sponge and absorb as much as you can in the short span of time, be open to new ideas and be able to work well in groups. Ideas are stronger when everyone contributes.
