The internship program as a whole was very structured and collaborative. I enjoyed the various events we had together and I also enjoyed making an impact on their fall recruitment process.
What I wish was different
My position had a lot of moving parts and I was pulled in many different directions with various projects going on at once. Another intern splitting up my work would have been a good idea, but that's also because my manager went on maternity leave.
Advice
Go into the summer with an open mind and don't be afraid to dive into new things!
