I had a great experience at Matco! The management team was very good about getting me involved in the business and allowed me to work alongside all of the different departments of Supply Chain. During the first few weeks, I had sit downs with all of the VP's/department heads and learned about what they do and how it effects the company overall. Matco was a great stepping stool towards my future career in Supply Chain Management.

- Fortive as a parent company.
What I wish was different
- I, personally, was not too excited about the location of the office.
- The work environment was a bit dreary. (Although, they did have occasional events which were fun!)
Advice
Don't be shy to participate more in company events. I didn't take advantage of this, compared to some of the other interns, and they seemed to have very positive feedback about participating.
