My job as an RBT is amazing. I get to play with kiddos but still teach them everyday life skills. I work under and BCBA who designs the programs and I implement the protocol and programs. At LAC we are like a family and always are there to support one another and help when needed. The BCBA are absolutely amazing and I love working with them to better my skills and therapy techniques.

Advice
This job is not for everyone. It can be an emotional rollercoaster the first couple of months, but as you continue to work and play everyday with the kiddos it is easier to pair yourself with fun instead of work. It does get easier the longer you work there.
