I liked the population of children I worked with; I worked with 6 and 7-year-olds who are on the autism spectrum.
I liked the hours, it was a full day but I was done by 2:30 pm.
What I wish was different
I wish I was given more work to do. I tried to help as much as I could but it was mostly watching the students rather than leading in learning.
I wish a had a larger role; I wish I was able to facilitate learning.
Advice
Take initiative; search and find ways you can help in the classroom.
