Smart people, cool r&d projects, incredible location, old-school investment in employees, free coffee
What I wish was different
Interns were scattered both in projects and spatially, combined with an older (mostly male) demographic made social life lacking
Advice
Don't be afraid to start conversations with random people, ask everyone what they work on to learn about stuff outside your project
