I liked that I was communicating with a lot of different people, and I was engaged with the community.
What I wish was different
COVID really put a damper on the overall experience. Not being able to be in the office all the time made it difficult to build stronger relationships with my coworkers.
Advice
Communicate openly and in a timely manner because that is how things will get done correctly and efficiently.
