A more structured environment. The daily tasks were often made more difficult due to lack of organisation.
Advice
If your work environment is organised, structured, and has calm atmosphere you will find it very easy to perform any tasks. Otherwise avoid it, as my advice.

The people working at the company are very welcoming and friendly. They are ready to help you learn and teach you what you need to know to be succesful.

I wish the pay was higher for the amount of work that you put into the job.
Advice
Communicate about hours and availability are very important, especially if you are going to school or planning on it. It's good to let your employer know a few weeks before so they can make any necessary adjustments. Remember that they are willing to work with you!
