I liked the flexible hours and the individual work aspect, it worked well with my busy school schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have gotten paid, since I was doing very meaningful work at the job.
Advice
The biggest tip I have is to keep on top of deadlines and make sure you are organizing your schedule. It does get hard to self-regulate since the work is not scheduled and is on your own time.
