I loved interacting with different clients and finding out what suits their needs for a vehicle of choice.

Learning how to overcome objections and also learning how to negotiate with clients.
Advice
You will run into a lot of ups and downs, but do not get discourage. Every encounter is a few experience for to grow and learn each and every day.

What I liked
I loved that I had the opportunity to level up my customer care skills. I also learned how to effectively work in a group.

I wish I could have moved up in ranking quicker than I did.
Advice
One piece of advice is to enjoy the time you are there. I met some great technicians and advisors. I also learned about customers, cars, and what I’m capable of.
