Training for this position took place over one day. It was essentially an all day seminar that went over the basic facts of the company, the brewing process for the product, and the sales goals for the area ambassadors. Most of the job training was acquired while working.

You can expect complete ownership over your own work at AB. Everything that is done is tracked but you get a lot of credit for going the extra mile.

Training was very intensive. In the group of new hires I was in, we trained for 4 weeks before we were assigned to the phones. Most of the 4 weeks were spent learning about Anheuser Busch, it's products, and the phone and data entry systems the company was using.
