I love the corporate experience of the ingtership at AEG. The GP team I work with is great and the events and projects I get to work on make my time at AEG very fun and interesting.
What I wish was different
Nothing, I love the experience and networking.

Digital Asset Management Intern
June - August 2019 • Los Angeles, CA
What I liked
I loved being able to get a feel for a large corporate experience. I also was able to get my foot in the door of a company that I am very interested in, though not the specific department I worked in. I loved having a voice and being heard by my supervisors.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've connected more easily with different departments. The environment was very 'closed office doors' which was not necessarily my preference.
Advice
Talk to everyone. You never know who you will get to know and how they can help you become better connected.

Project Management Intern
June - August 2018 • Nashville, TN
What I liked
AEG was a very inclusive environment, and everyone in the office made me feel a part of their team from my first day with them.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have stayed longer!
Advice
Do not be afraid to ask for more responsibility and to be a self-starter. My boss always encouraged me to take initiative and speak up when I wanted to. Also, always ask for help if you do not understand something. There is no shame in asking for help! It can only make you smarter.
