What I liked
I enjoyed the amount of hands-on work I was given. With only having one year of college, I had very little knowledge and experience, but my managers were more than willing to give me guidance and answer any questions I had. The environment fostered personal growth and development. We were expected to learn from our mistakes and improve each day. Additionally, there were weekly meetings in which an executive would share advice and experience with us interns. I received invaluable knowledge from these sessions.
