UHM truly values the interns and the Campus Recruiters go out of their way to make the experience rewarding and fun. Interns are encouraged to shadow different departments, learn about all areas of the business, and find what they are truly passionate about. Summer 2020 was entirely virtual due to COVID-19, but the company sent work-from-home equipment to all 85 interns' homes (two monitors, a laptop, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, and headset). The internship exceeded all of my expectations!”
