Video/Video Editing Intern

Do you live and breathe visual media as a creative thinker and storyteller? Do you desire to use visual media to bring people together around a common cause? We are looking for someone to tell powerful stories of people’s encounters with Jesus via our global media ministry. Join our Global MarCom Video team to communicate these stories to donors, media partners, and an ever-growing community of online followers who desire to take Jesus’ gospel to the nations. If you are good behind the lens, enjoy post-production and have an eye for design concepts, then let’s talk soon!

Job Duties

• Primary tasks
  • Assist with running A/V for devotions and staff meeting twice per week
  • Assist with editing video projects
  • Assist in maintenance of video database, ensuring that footage is catalogued and tagged properly
• Secondary tasks
  • Repurpose videos for use in other regions by creating subtitles, changing titles, replacing voice-overs, etc.
  • Assist in writing and developing concepts for global video projects 
  • Manage workflow efficiently from concept to final product, meeting project requirements and deadlines
  • Help maintain and organize the gear storage closet

Qualifications and Core Competencies Required: 

• Must speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently
• Spiritually mature
• Must have completed sophomore year of undergraduate coursework in a related subject 
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in video production software is preferred (i.e. DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Suite)
