Summer Internship – Web Content & Data Entry Assistant

Location: On-site at Astraglass Innovations, Vineland, New Jersey.
Hours: 20–40 hours/week

Summer 2025 Schedule Options:

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week):
    Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    Friday: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
  • Part-time (20–25 hrs/week):
    Four days/week, 8:00 AM–2:30 PM (30‑minute unpaid lunch)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern (preferably Juniors or Seniors) to support our digital transformation efforts. This role is ideal for a college student looking to gain experience in web content management, product photography, and administrative operations in a manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter product data from printed catalogs into organized Excel spreadsheets
  • Photograph scientific glassware and lab equipment for digital use
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director on catalog content accuracy
  • Organize and maintain digital files and folders
  • Support office projects, including document filing and marketing follow-ups

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and attention to detail
  • Experience with photography (DSLR or smartphone) and basic image organization
  • Clear communication and a willingness to ask questions when needed
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Organized, punctual, and dependable
