Jr. Human Resource Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that supports recruitment operations, sales coordination, HR activities, and office administration. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily operations and reporting responsibilities across various departments effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, office administration, or sales support.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems; prior experience auditing data entries is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
• Post job openings on job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
• Coordinate candidate interviews.
• Audit ATS (Applicant Tracking System) entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Follow up with recruiters to ensure incomplete or missing ATS records are updated promptly.
• Pull and consolidate daily and weekly KPI reports.
• Share relevant reports with team leads, supervisors, and managers on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment dashboards.
• Support onboarding by managing documentation, background checks, and orientation coordination.
