Brand Manager

We are currently seeking a Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in shaping how the world sees and experiences Macho Genie. This is your chance to put your stamp on a movement that’s redefining masculinity. The ideal candidate will help bring the Macho Genie brand to life through bold, visually compelling content that tells a story of confidence, resilience, and fearless style. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft brand visuals and messaging for campaigns, social media, and e-commerce.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

❖ Own and evolve Macho Genie’s brand strategy to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and growth goals.
❖ Develop and execute bold, innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and cultural relevance.
❖ Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints: from packaging and product launches to social media and customer experience.
❖ Build out our visual and verbal identity guidelines and ensure consistent usage across internal and external teams.
❖ Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and limited-edition drops, ensuring each release has a strong narrative and clear positioning.
❖ Help bring our products to life through bold, visually compelling content that tells a story of confidence, resilience, and fearless style.
❖ Work closely with our creative team to craft visuals and messaging for campaigns, social media, and e-commerce platforms—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our voice and values.
❖ Conduct market research and trend analysis to keep the brand competitive and culturally in-tune.
❖ Monitor key brand metrics such as awareness, engagement, sentiment, and customer loyalty, and use insights to guide decision-making.
❖ Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and collaborators to execute brand initiatives.

Profile of Education / Skills / Experience Required:

❖ A degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
❖ 1–2 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
❖ Strong understanding of brand building, consumer psychology, and market positioning.
❖ Proven track record of creating and executing successful brand campaigns.
❖ Exceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal, with a talent for storytelling.
❖ Sharp eye for design and experience working with creative teams.
❖ Proficient in brand and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social and content platforms).
❖ Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
❖ Passion for fashion, men’s style, body positivity, and bold creative expression.
❖ Team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
