🔍 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join a dynamic real estate investment team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in underwriting, asset management, and strategic financial analysis within the healthcare real estate sector.

As an Investment Analyst, you'll support corporate-level initiatives, provide analytical insights, and work cross-functionally across teams to drive investment decisions. You'll be mentored by experienced professionals and gain exposure to a full investment lifecycle—from underwriting to asset performance.

🧩 Responsibilities

Investment & Underwriting:

Analyze seller materials and organize underwriting files.

Run market reports and apply financial/market knowledge to assess investment opportunities.

Maintain due diligence checklists and prepare investment approval documentation.

Asset Management Support:

Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for asset performance analysis.

Compare financial actuals vs. budgets and review tenant reporting packages.

Communicate with internal teams and tenants to verify data and trends.

Corporate Collaboration:

Partner with Lease Admin, FP&A, Accounting, and Portfolio Management teams.

Provide support for quarterly reporting, lease amendments, and disposition analysis.

Decision Support:

Deliver insights and materials to senior investment leaders for strategic decision-making.

🎯 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

At least 6 months of internship or full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or a finance-related role.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.

Organized, communicative, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
