
Social Media Intern

We're looking for a cool, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on editing short-form video content from our long-form podcast episodes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about video editing, with an eye for what makes content go viral. You’ll help frame key podcast moments into scroll-stopping YouTube Shorts and other short-form formats that drive engagement and growth.
Beyond editing, you'll support content scheduling, community engagement, and day-to-day social media tasks, helping keep our channels active and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Turn long-form podcast convos into binge-worthy YouTube Shorts and snackable content
- Craft content with purpose
- Assist in keeping our feeds fresh by scheduling and posting across platforms
- Jump into the comments and DMs to help build a thriving, engaged community
- Keep our content assets organized like a pro
What We’re Looking For:
- CapCut skills or similar video-editing magic
- Deep understanding of how YouTube and social platforms really work
- An eye for what makes content go viral: timing, trends, and thumb-stopping hooks
- Obsessed with clean edits and a sharp, consistent brand aesthetic
- Can write, caption, and communicate like a witty, clear, and smart human
- Loves storytelling and crafting digital content that pops
- A self-starter with zero ego
- Thrives on checklists, deadlines, and creative energy
- Have previously held an internship or role involving video editing for marketing or social media
- Senior or recent grad in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
