Now, we're looking for a Strategy & Business Development Fellow to work directly with our CEO and play a key role in shaping how we grow. This isn’t a role where you’ll sit on the sidelines. Here, you're in the driver’s seat. You’ll help make decisions, build systems, and create real-world impact from day one.

 

🧩 What You'll Get to Do

You'll rotate through a variety of strategic and high-impact areas:

🧠 Business Strategy & Development

  • Support high-level planning with the CEO
  • Analyze customer, market, and product data to guide decisions (e.g. pricing, outreach, positioning)
  • Design scalable processes across marketing, partnerships, and customer success

🤝 External Engagement & Investor Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with clients: startup founders, Heads of People, recruiters, and VCs
  • Identify and pitch strategic partnerships across the HR tech and Future of Work ecosystem
  • Sit in on investor calls, assist with fundraising, and learn how startup capital works

đź“Ł Marketing & Brand

  • Run marketing experiments to drive brand awareness
  • Manage our voice across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and newsletters
  • Help organize virtual events and webinars with senior industry leaders

🎯 Customer Growth & Data

  • Track and improve key customer metrics (NPS, engagement, onboarding success)
  • Run user interviews and turn insights into actionable product feedback
  • Work closely with users to troubleshoot, delight, and retain them

💼 What we look for 

  • Ambitious, curious, and a fast learner
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Experienced with business strategy, operations, or growth
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms for marketing and outreach
  • A strong communicator who can confidently engage with senior executives and partners 
  • (Preferred) Prior startup or VC exposure
  • (Preferred) Experience with event planning, hosting, or fundraising
  • (Preferred) A track record of leading projects or building from scratch
