Customer Service and Sales Representative

What You’ll Do as a Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • Serve as the face of the company, providing top-tier service and support to both new and existing clients
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and service upgrades within the telecommunications industry
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize customer value and satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in telecommunications to better serve our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales strategies

     

What We’re Looking For in our Next Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
    A proactive, self-motivated mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
