Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented marketer/salesperson to join our team as an intern. This role is ideal for students and early professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in the cybersecurity and M&A sectors. You will be focused on client outreach, communications management, marketing strategy, and the creation of strategic reports, presentations, and pitch decks.

While this internship involves sales-related activities, it is primarily marketing- and communications-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Outreach:

• Identify and engage potential clients and partners through targeted outreach initiatives.
• Manage communications with partners and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.

Presentation & Reporting:

• Develop compelling pitch decks and presentations for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
• Assist in drafting analytical reports and marketing materials to support business development efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with M&A advisory processes, including buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Understanding of pitch deck creation, report writing, and basic marketing principles.
• Understanding of business strategy and product/service development.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in the cybersecurity sector.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking environments.
• At least one previous internship related to marketing.
