Digital Marketing Intern

Titanic’s End Records, the flagship incubator project of Thin Ice, is a boundary-pushing label inspired by the iconic Titanic’s End art car. Co-founded by Justin Kan (Twitch) and Nicholas Parasram, the label is grounded in collaboration, creativity, and cultural fusion, serving as a natural extension of the immersive experiences that emerge where music, art, and community converge.
Thin Ice Entertainment / Titanic’s End Records is looking for a passionate, organized, and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in music marketing, influencer outreach, and digital campaign strategy—working directly with artists, releases, and the community surrounding Titanic’s End Records. Interns will also gain exposure across all areas of the business, including talent management, publishing, and distribution, with regular interaction with senior leadership. In this role, you will:
Job Description:
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day admin and coordination tasks.
- Build and maintain a detailed influencer database across TikTok and Instagram.
- Assist with influencer outreach for upcoming releases and campaigns.
- Research current music, content, and digital marketing trends across platforms.
- Help execute social media strategies for artist releases and label initiatives.
- Create and update project timelines and marketing reports.
- Research and develop online partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Assist in campaign reporting, data tracking, and trend analysis to help optimize performance.
- Explore and recommend new platforms, tools, and innovations in digital marketing.
- Help execute digital release checklists including SEO, link building, tagging, and content optimizations.
- Brainstorm and contribute content ideas to support our artists and releases.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for music and strong interest in digital marketing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with the electronic/dance music scene, both in the U.S. and globally.
- In touch with current social media trends and influencer culture.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and basic productivity tools.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (but not required).
