Social Media Marketing Intern

Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern assists the Marketing Department in its advertising and promotional efforts, the main objective is to create offers that will retain clients for at least 3 months. Their main duties include completing clerical and administrative tasks, creating content based on the marketing event calendar, building social media campaigns in our content scheduler, recording Standard Operations and Procedures into our Marketing Manual, and preparing promotional materials and presentations. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Social Media Intern will create content using Canva Professional, learn about writing captivating copyright, create and write content for our website, Instagram, Facebook, and possibly YouTube. The Social Media will perform market analysis and research on the latest trends and will listen to lectures and attend webinars to learn from our specialized Marketing coach, Vince Gabriele. The Social Media Intern will learn to navigate and create campaigns within our CRM and marketing, Convert Cloud. The Social Media Intern will have other responsibilities based on prior outcomes of projects and campaigns completed. The Operations Manager will assign new responsibilities based on efficiency and work outcome as they deem fit.

The Social Media Intern will be responsible for the following projects throughout the Internship: 

1. Completing and maintaining an 8 week in advance scheduled marketing calendar for social media accounts. 

2. Updating and creating posts every week for our Facebook Group that is inclusive to only our members to cultivate the community feeling we are trying to maintain at Tmaxfit.

3. Beginning, editing, or updating current and needed SOP Documents. Creating the screen-capture tutorial videos for content creation in Canva and scheduling in Later.
