Golf & Events Manager

We’re searching for a Golf & Events Manager to join a thriving golf course and event venue. In this role, you’ll lead the pro shop team, manage leagues and group outings, and coordinate with our restaurant and turf crews to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage pro shop operations, retail, tee sheets, and customer service

Organize leagues, tournaments, and community events

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth, on-time event execution

Oversee pace of play and cart management

Promote and track memberships and outing packages

 

Essential Skills: 

ServSafe Kitchen Manager Certification

ServSafe Alcohol Certification

Ability to lift 15 pounds (boxes of liquor, retail items, etc.)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs

Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet

 

Qualifications:

3+ years in golf operations, events, or hospitality

Comfortable leading a team and solving on-the-fly challenges

Experience with golf software, POS systems, and event logistics

Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
