Executive and Property Management Assistant

Are you a recent college grad eager to break into the world of real estate and entrepreneurship? LMK is seeking an organized, high-energy Assistant to work directly with a young entrepreneur managing a growing portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls and inquiries; prioritize and filter key info

Coordinate and host property tours weekly (flexible timing)

Organize schedules, meetings, and project tasks

Support property operations and vendor coordination

Gain exposure to business strategy and investment processes

Who We’re Looking For:

Recent grad with a degree in: Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Hospitality, or similar

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude

Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment

Tech-savvy (iPhone provided for work use)
