Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Citizen)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Remote Life Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. You’ll work from the comfort of your home while utilizing industry-leading tools and platforms to streamline your workflow, connect with clients, and close sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct virtual consultations via phone, video, or chat to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Sales & Enrollment: Guide clients through the application process using digital tools and e-signature platforms.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and policy details using top-rated CRM software.
  • Lead Management: Work with pre-qualified leads and use AI-driven tools to prioritize and nurture prospects.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales practices comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends through online training and webinars.

  • CRM Systems: Symmetry system built only for Symmetry agents
  • Communication Tools: Zoom, Google Meet, Discord, Google Chat.
  • Quoting & Underwriting Platforms: iPipeline
  • E-Signature Solutions: DocuSign, HelloSign, Text Message and Email
  • Lead Generation & Management: In house sources
  • Productivity Tools: Symmetry's HQ Quility platform

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales (life sales and remote experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
