Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Conduct virtual consultations via phone, video, or chat to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Sales & Enrollment: Guide clients through the application process using digital tools and e-signature platforms.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and policy details using top-rated CRM software.
- Lead Management: Work with pre-qualified leads and use AI-driven tools to prioritize and nurture prospects.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales practices comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends through online training and webinars.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (life sales and remote experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
