Marketing-Sales Coordinator

Company Background

The Promenade Group of Companies operate under the Promenade Senior Living (PSL) brand and provides assisted living housing and services to the residents of New York State.

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative candidates for the following internship to work with our facility in Chestnut Ridge NY:

Marketing Intern

• Assist in the development of a strategic social media plan leveraging appropriate content that properly positions the company
• Understanding of how to use major social media platforms in innovative and effective ways to achieve marketing objectives and engage with target audiences
• Follow up on incoming leads and update the CRM system
• Call leads to determine appropriateness for senior living options
• Provide leads with information about Promenade's care setting
• Contribute to content creation
• Help track social media advertising backed by ROI and other key analytics
• Assist with the coordination and execution of events;
• Assist with managing social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Perform business to business and community outreach activities;
• Act as a brand ambassador when representing Promenade Senior Living in the market place;
• Create flyers using Adobe/ Photoshop/ Canva / etc.
• Help create an online social media presence for PSL;
• Identify regional potential referral sources by doing on-line research
• Help determine marketing approach for potential referral sources.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Sales/ Marketing
• Knowledge of social media
• Strong Microsoft Office skill – specifically excel
• Strong and effective phone / written communication skills
