About Cyclum Renewables LLC

Cyclum Renewables LLC is developing a nationwide network of Cyclum Next Gen Travel Centers to significantly reduce emissions and grid dependency in the transportation sector. As part of our expansion, we are actively engaging with investors in North America and Europe to raise capital for multiple infrastructure and sustainability projects.

Internship Overview

We are seeking a Capital Raise & Investment Intern to support our growing investment and fundraising initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to capital markets, investor relations, and the financial strategy behind sustainable infrastructure and transportation development across both U.S. and international markets. You will contribute to efforts involving funding rounds, due diligence, and implementation strategies that span North America and Europe.

The ideal candidate is analytically driven, intellectually curious, and excited by the intersection of clean energy, finance, and global transportation innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing capital raise materials, including investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models
• Support communication with existing and prospective investors, including those in European and North American markets
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments across key geographies
• Help track investor commitments, fundraising milestones, and capital deployment metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial due diligence, investment memos, and strategic reporting
• Gain exposure to global infrastructure financing practices related to transportation and energy

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, International Relations, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, transportation infrastructure, and impact investing
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally oriented environment
