We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal to support our legal and compliance operations in Cedar Rapids. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, strong reading skills and experience and willingness to use AI tools in the application of real estate and corporate law. This role is instrumental in helping ensure our legal  matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
