Digital Marketing Intern

The Task At Hand:
As the Digital Marketing Intern at Once Upon a Farm, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading children's nutrition brand, focused on driving systemic improvement in childhood nutrition for a healthier, happier, and more equitable world. This internship reports to the Associate Digital Marketing Manager and assists in various digital team needs, including supporting email and SMS channels, updating product content, reporting, creative & copy support, and more. This internship provides hands-on digital marketing experience and the chance to build key skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
In This Role, You Will:
• Support the building and scheduling of email and SMS creative while maintaining accuracy at every step.
• Refresh existing and create new email flow creative to deliver fresh, on-brand messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
• Assist in compiling end-of-month reports, tracking key email and SMS performance metrics.
• Support the development and execution of quarterly campaign planning through brainstorming, creative request submission, calendar building, and more.
• Assist in monitoring quiz engagement and reporting, supporting the team in re-engaging users and refining messaging based on results.
• Ensure the accuracy of site content and perform regular website audits to identify improvement opportunities, including monthly promotion updates.
• Support the syndication of product detail page (PDP) content to key retail partners through Syndigo, ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels.
• Create and manage manufacturer’s coupons for 2026 and as needed.
• Collaborate with Digital and Shopper Marketing teams on an as-needed basis to contribute to ongoing efforts.
• At the end of the internship, you’ll be asked to share a 5–10 minute presentation on one thing you worked on during your internship here, what you learned, and how you hope to apply any learnings from your time here toward your future career.
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• Either a recent graduate of or currently pursuing degrees in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• No BA? No problem. Equivalent years of professional experience in the field(s) of digital marketing or a related focus will also meet this qualification
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with others and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive self-starter with a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Well-organized and able to plan effectively while remaining flexible
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
• Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
• Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy, and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment
• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Compensation:
• This role pays $22.00 per hour
• This is a part-time, hourly internship, not to exceed 29 hours per week
• Estimated Duration: August 2025 – February 2026 (or six months from the date of hire)
