AI Startup Summer Internship — Sales, Marketing, Engineering

Novo is on a mission to make legal representation more accessible, and this summer, we’re inviting a few sharp, driven interns to join us in Austin, TX.

Whether you're passionate about building software, selling big ideas, or shaping stories that spread, this is your opportunity to work alongside a fast-moving founding team using AI to transform legal tech.

We’re looking for interns in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering who want more than just a résumé line, people who want to build, learn, and own real work that matters.

What You’ll Do:
You'll be working directly with our core team, contributing from day one. Responsibilities will vary by role, but here's a rough idea:

Sales

• Research and qualify leads across law firms and legal orgs.
• Cold outreach via email, phone, or even door-to-door.
• Support product demos, onboarding, and CRM updates.
• Learn real-world selling, from messaging to objection handling.

Marketing

• Help grow our brand across web, social, and community.
• Write content, design assets, and help plan campaigns.
• Support SEO, analytics, and channel experiments.
• Build content people actually want to read or share.

Engineering

• Build features using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Supabase.
• Ship code that supports real users in real court cases.
• Prototype internal tools and contribute to our AI stack.
• Learn about LLMs, RAG pipelines, and structured data workflows.

Who Should Apply:
You don’t need a fancy title or perfect résumé. If you’ve ever:

• Knocked on doors or sold anything in person
• Cold-called or cold-emailed someone and got a reply
• Grown a social media audience or helped shape a brand
• Built side projects (no matter how scrappy)
• Tinkered with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or LangChain
• Taken initiative and figured things out on your own
