HER MOOD MENTOR is a specialized practice focused on PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) awareness, education, and support. We're passionate about helping women understand and manage their hormonal health through evidence-based approaches and community building.

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and organized intern to manage our growing team of summer interns across multiple exciting projects. This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in team management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Oversee a team of 5-7 interns working on various initiatives
  • Project Management: Keep multiple summer projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
  • Communication Hub: Facilitate regular team check-ins, progress updates, and cross-project collaboration
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor individual intern progress and provide support where needed
  • Reporting: Provide weekly summaries to leadership on team progress and project status
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges and bottlenecks as they arise within the team

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Natural leadership abilities with a collaborative approach
  • Interest in women's health, mental health, and business operations
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team connectivity
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
