Junior Training Coordinator

Job Title: Junior Training Coordinator  

Location: National Harbor, MD (Hybrid) 

Type: Full-time  

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually with benefits

In this role, you’ll assist in the development and delivery of training programs while staying proactive and maintaining cohesive branding for our nebulaONE AI solution. Supporting our Technical Trainers, you'll help facilitate the adoption of Microsoft solutions, including AI SaaS and Azure cloud infrastructure, along with assisting the team in keeping all tasks and processes organized. With every session you coordinate, you'll be fueling innovation and growth, helping clients unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities: 

Assist Technical Trainers in planning and organizing training sessions for clients and internal teams. 

Help prepare training materials, including presentations, technical documentation, and exercises. 

Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communication. 

Keeping all documents, schedules, and sessions organized to streamline processes. 

Support the execution of interactive activities like Promptathons and hands-on learning experiences. 

Maintain and update training repositories and manage content distribution. 

Gather participant feedback to help improve training programs and materials. 

Stay informed about updates in Microsoft technologies and assist in integrating new information into training content. 

Perform various administrative tasks to support the training team and ensure efficient operations. 

Other duties, as assigned. 

 

Qualifications: 

Passion for training support, coordination, or similar roles. 

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. 

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

Willingness to assist with training logistics at client sites and Cloudforce HQ. 

 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience teaching, instructing or educating various audiences. 

Passion to learn more and stay updated on Microsoft products, particularly AI, SaaS, or cloud technologies. 

Any relevant certifications or training in Microsoft technologies or training coordination would be a plus.
