Receptionist

PCB

Position Overview:

  • Premium Credit Bureau is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the face of our office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and all inquiries, the receptionist plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk operations, and supporting key administrative tasks related to credit reporting and property screening services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
  • Handle mail distribution, scanning, filing, and office supply inventory
  • Perform light data entry and support compliance documentation processes
  • Quickly answer client calls and resolve questions about account settings and service use.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data sensitivity in line with FCRA compliance

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Professional appearance and punctual attendance
  • Willingness to learn basic credit terminology and compliance guidelines

 

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience in an office, front desk, or customer service setting
  • Familiarity with tenant screening or credit bureau processes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
