Junior Sales Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Associate to join our team and help us drive growth through outstanding sales support and customer engagement.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Sales Associate, you’ll support our sales team by assisting with lead generation, client outreach, and day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach

Support senior sales team members with client communications and follow-ups

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations

Monitor and track sales metrics and provide reports to the sales manager

Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable using basic computer software; experience with CRM tools is a plus
