Insurance Sales Intern
Matt Jonza is an award-winning State Farm Agent looking to grow our excellent, hardworking team. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We’re looking for motivated self-starters with a sales or insurance background who care deeply about people and want to improve their lives with coverage to take care of what matters most.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.
- Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain if selected for a FT Team Member after Internship. Note: When licensed under the internship role, eligible to receive 4% commissions, which ranges between an additional $1,000-$2,500 earnings per month)
- Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain if selected for a FT Team Member after Internship)
- Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
- Self-Motivated
- Experience in Marketing
- Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
- Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals
