Position Summary
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand, managing customer relationships, developing client solutions, and ensuring top-notch service. You’ll receive full training in sales strategy, account management, and leadership development, with clear paths for advancement into higher roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through direct, in-person contact
Educate customers on AT&T’s latest products, services, and promotions
Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions
Work collaboratively with your team and leadership to hit performance goals
