Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent AT&T in a consultative sales role, meeting with customers in person, answering questions, and offering solutions that fit their needs. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed to give you hands-on experience, training, and a clear path toward leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Engage with customers face-to-face to promote AT&T products and services
Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent client experience
Work closely with team leaders and managers to develop your sales skills
Track and report customer interactions and sales metrics
Represent The Connecticut Team and AT&T with professionalism and integrity

Recent graduate or early-career professional (no experience needed—we provide full training!)
Strong communication and people skills
