As we grow, we are looking for a highly driven Franchise Development Specialist to join our fun team and help us bring our successful franchise model to new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Sales: Identify, engage, and convert potential franchisees through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

Travel: This is the best opportunity if you like to travel! You will be visiting new cities and markets across the country helping to bring new franchisee opportunities to our network.

Prospecting and Relationship Management: Actively pursue and manage prospective franchisee leads, providing them with franchise details and excellent customer service to ensure a smooth process from inquiry to franchise sale.

Franchise Growth: Work closely with the leadership team to help expand our franchise network across the country.

What We’re Looking For:

Positive Attitude and Drive: We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a self-starter who is motivated to hit goals and grow with the company.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage potential franchisees.

Willingness to Learn: A strong interest in becoming an expert in franchise marketing and understanding the plumbing industry.

Education: A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
